How the Velcro Popup System Works
This product uses Velcro fabric attachment rather than pillowcase-style fabric.
Accordion Aluminum Structure
The aluminum frame collapses into a compact package and expands outward to create the finished straight wall. This eliminates the need to connect many individual frame tubes.
Fabric Connects with Velcro
Velcro is sewn onto the back perimeter of the printed fabric. The graphic attaches to matching Velcro on the aluminum hardware and wraps around both side profiles for complete visual coverage.
Straight Popup Design
The straight configuration provides a traditional flat presentation surface.
Flat Front Surface
The straight frame creates a conventional flat display wall that works well behind counters, inside trade-show booths and for branded photo backgrounds.
12" Display Depth
Both current straight models have an approximate 12-inch overall depth, which is substantially shallower than the curved Velcro popup system.
Full Side Coverage
Although the front is straight, the fabric continues around the frame ends, producing printed side returns for a finished three-dimensional presentation.

Straight Popup Display Setup
The accordion hardware is designed for fast installation at trade shows and events.
Position the Frame
Place the collapsed aluminum popup hardware on a clean, level floor with the display front oriented correctly.
Expand the Hardware
Carefully pull the accordion frame outward until it reaches its full straight display configuration and all structural connections are engaged.
Attach the Fabric
Align the printed graphic with the front face and press the sewn Velcro onto the matching Velcro strips on the frame.
Finish the End Caps
Wrap the remaining printed fabric around each side of the frame and secure the end-cap sections smoothly.
