Custom cutout decals — Planning Your Order

Artwork and Finishing
Tell us the application surface, display location and expected use before choosing the film. Surface texture, coatings and exposure affect material selection and installation. Prepare the artwork to the confirmed finished dimensions and keep critical details inside the safe area. If a contour cut is needed, provide a separate vector cut path. Confirm any laminate and application requirements for the selected material before production.
Simplify the contour so the decal can be produced and applied cleanly. Keep fine islands, tight corners and narrow connections within the selected material’s cutting limits, and confirm whether the design needs transfer material.
Review Before Production
Check the finished size, quantity, spelling and artwork orientation on your proof. Confirm the selected material and finishing with the order details before approval. If the project must match an existing printed piece, discuss a sample rather than relying on screen appearance alone.
