Overview

At Design Printing, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom print products. Because all items are made-to-order, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting both our customers and our production process.

🚫 Custom Products – No Returns

All of our products are custom printed and manufactured, including but not limited to:

  • Banners
  • Window graphics
  • Vehicle wraps
  • Wall graphics
  • Floor graphics
  • Rigid signs (PVC, acrylic, foamboard, etc.)

👉 Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started or the order has been completed.

🛑 Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Reviewing artwork before approval
  • Checking spelling, layout, and dimensions
  • Ensuring files meet print requirements

👉 Once artwork is approved and sent to production, Design Printing is not responsible for errors in the final product caused by customer-approved designs.

🔄 Reprints (If We Made an Error)

We stand behind our work.

If there is a defect or production error caused by us, we will:

  • Reprint the product at no additional cost
  • Correct the issue as quickly as possible

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

❌ What Is NOT Covered

We do not offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Customer file errors (typos, low resolution, wrong sizing)
  • Color differences due to screen vs print variations
  • Improper installation or handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations within industry tolerances

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to:

  • Monitor calibration differences
  • Material surfaces
  • Printing processes

👉 These variations are not considered defects.

📦 Shipping Issues

If your order is damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of packaging and product

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

⏱ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins
  • Once production has started, cancellation is not possible
